  • Store Pickup: Available within 2 business days. The customer will be notified by email when the order is ready for pickup.

4. Return and Refund Policy

  • Return Period: Returns can be initiated within 20 days of the order date. Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and free from any signs of wear or damage.
  • Return Acceptance Conditions:

    To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

    • Must not be worn, washed, or damaged.
    • All original tags must be attached.
    • Should be in its original packaging, if possible.

    Any item that does not meet these conditions may be refused.

Once the request is submitted, detailed instructions will be provided for returning the order. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part (incorrect size, wrong item ..).
