Yes, you can pick up your order at our partner store. You will receive an email when your package is ready, usually within 2 business days. Be sure to wait for this e-mail before coming to the store. Store opening hours are indicated on your invoice.
You will receive an email as soon as your order is shipped. Please note that real-time tracking is not available. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.
Delivery charges are calculated automatically via Canada Post’s API based on your address and the weight of the package. Delivery is free for orders over $120.
To cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and refund your money. If the order has already been shipped, you must wait to receive it, then return it using our returns procedure.
For a return to be accepted, the item must not have been worn, washed or damaged, and must be returned in its original packaging. The maximum return period is indicated on your invoice, and you have 20 days after placing your order to initiate the return.
Log in to your account on our website and go to the “Orders” tab of your dashboard to initiate a returns request. Follow the instructions and indicate the reason for return.
If the error is due to us (e.g. product not conforming to description or images), we will pay the return shipping costs. If the error is due to your choice (e.g. wrong size ordered), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. A size guide is available on our website to help you make the right choice.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, you must first request a refund for your current purchase and then place a new order for the desired product.
